The Incredible Chapore
A friend recently suggested to Chris that he should enter a competition (rather aptly named 'Illustrate It') to illustrate a new children's book called 'The Incredible Chapore' written by the oddly named author 'Monsieur Odyssey'.
The task was simple enough; read the story of 'The Incredible Chapore' online, upload the completed illustration of the book's front cover. Then simply sit back and await the adulation.
So, always up for a challenge, Chris got his pen and pencils out and has completed his illustration and uploaded his entry to the competition website. Now, this is where you come in, as the competition winner will be based on votes from the public, so please go to the Illustrate It website; www.illustrateit.co.uk and vote for Chris' illustration, voting starts on 30th July.
One final thing... once the book is published, £1 from the sale of every copy of The Incredible Chapore will be donated to the children's charity Shooting Star CHASE. Get voting on the 30th!
