Guernsey and Alderney Christmas Stamps
The new Christmas stamp sets for both Guernsey and Alderney have just been released and we are very proud to have been commissioned to design both sets for Guernsey Post. The Guernsey set is based on the stained glass windows at St Stephen's Church in Guernsey that are famed for featuring windows designed by the famous English textile designer, artist and writer William Morris. We were really pleased with how the typography and hand drawn elements complement the windows themselves. The Alderney set are from St Anne's Church in Alderney and feature the stained glass windows that were dedicated to Anne French who dedicated her life to children in Alderney and around the world. Again our bespoke typography really sets these stamps apart, we hope you agree that both stamp sets make a really attractive festive set.
